Evening Parties
Thursday: Welcome Party from 10:00 pm.
Friday and Saturday: beach parties (Aperol Spritz Party) from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Afterwards, disco (May edition) and “Notte Bianca”: events and entertainment in Bibione’s venues, which will stay open late into the night.
To enter the evening beach parties, participants must show the QR Code generated in the “Ticket” section of the SPORTFELIX App (available for iOS on App Store and for Android on Play Store). Participants must download the app and register using the same credentials used for website booking.

Quick guidelines:
- Videos max 15″ (if longer, only the first 15″ will be shown).
- Photos will be framed/adapted.
- No brands, logos, or inappropriate content.
- You may also add text to your video/photo.

Aperol Spritz Parties – Information Notice
- The evening beach parties (Aperol Spritz Party) are entertainment initiatives linked to the sports event and are reserved exclusively for adult participants registered as Athletes or Non-Athletes.
- Beverage service inside the party area will start at 7:30 pm, with collection of drinks required by 10:00 pm.
- We recommend not entering the party area with valuables.
- Law enforcement, assisted by private security, will be present at all times to enforce regulations for the protection and respect of all participants, prohibiting the entry of backpacks and large bags (bum bags and small cross-body bags are allowed) and any items deemed dangerous, including any type of bottle and/or can. Items not permitted will have to be left in unattended containers at the party entrance.
- Any prohibited items brought to the entrance of the party area and left in designated unattended containers or areas shall remain under the exclusive responsibility of the participant. The Organizer assumes no custody obligations and shall not be liable for theft, loss, or damage to such items.
- In the event of exceptional adverse weather or other sudden external events, the Organizer, at its sole discretion, may suspend, including permanently, the evening beach parties without any refunds to participants.
No Private Parties
Participants are not allowed to organize gatherings or parties with loud music inside the assigned accommodation facilities. We therefore ask for your cooperation to avoid sanctions by law enforcement.
Important note: removal of participants from accommodation due to improper behavior will result in automatic exclusion from the Tournament, without refunds.
Informiamo che l’ingresso alle feste serali sulla spiaggia è riservato esclusivamente ai partecipanti all’evento sportivo: sia in veste di “Atleta” (iscritti al torneo), sia in veste di “Non Atleta” (non iscritti al torneo ma con la possibilità di usufruire liberamente di alcuni campi da beach volley allestiti per l’occasione). Pertanto, a differenza delle scorse edizioni nelle quali si poteva acquistare l’ingresso agli “Beach Parties” serali presentandosi direttamente alle casse prospicienti l’area festa, quest’anno la procedura prevede, tramite questo link, l’iscrizione online all’evento sportivo e il pagamento con carta di credito. Il successivo ritiro del pass personale dovrà avvenire entro le ore 21.00 presso l’area accrediti allestita sulla spiaggia fronte arena sportiva centrale.
L’entrata agli Beach Parties serali sulla spiaggia sarà vietata ai minori di 18 anni. La somministrazione delle bevande all’interno dell’area sarà effettuata a partire dalle ore 19.30, con ritiro delle consumazioni entro le ore 21.30. Ricordiamo che l’intera area dedicata ai party serali sulla spiaggia sarà plastic free: le consuete “caraffe spritz” saranno sostituite da “Aperol Spritz Jug” in carta riciclabile. In occasione degli Aperol Spritz Party serali, le forze dell’ordine, coadiuvate da un ingente servizio di sicurezza, faranno rispettare le normative vigenti a difesa e nel rispetto di tutti i partecipanti, vietando l’introduzione di zaini, borse (consentiti marsupi e piccole tracolle) e di qualunque oggetto ritenuto pericoloso, compreso qualsiasi tipo di bottiglia e/o lattina. Gli oggetti che non si potranno introdurre saranno fatti depositare in contenitori incustoditi all’entrata dell’area festa. Si consiglia vivamente di non accedere all’area Aperol Spritz Party con oggetti di valore. In presenza di particolari avverse condizioni meteo o di altri eventi esterni, l’organizzatore, a insindacabile giudizio, potrà decidere la sospensione delle feste serali sulla spiaggia senza che ciò comporti obbligo di rimborsi.
