Check-in

Upon arrival in Bibione, the contract holder, with a valid ID, must complete accreditation at the dedicated area and collect:

  • the personal passes for all athletes;
  • the vouchers for any services purchased as optional add-ons (show the relevant QR Code).

For athletes registered in the Tournament, accreditation includes:

  • delivery of the official game tank tops;
  • verification of team rosters;
  • submission of each athlete’s medical certificate (if not already uploaded during registration).

Note: check-in must be completed before matches begin, it may also be carried out by a delegate of the contract holder, with a valid ID and the sales contract, which serves as authorization.

Check-in operations will be held in Bibione, in a dedicated area set up near the sporting area. In the days before the Event, the Organizing Secretariat will send all contract holders a notice with:

  • detailed accreditation procedures;
  • instructions for taking possession of accommodations under the convention.
  • Thursday: 3:00 pm – 9:00 pm
  • Friday: 07:45 am – 9:00 pm
  • Saturday: 07:45 am – 12:00 pm
 
  • Car park next to Villaggio Turistico Internazionale → ~ 5 min on foot
  • Car park in front of Bibione Thermae → ~ 10 min on foot
  • Piazzale Adriatico car park → ~ 15 min on foot
 

Arrival in Bibione: to avoid traffic, once you arrive, go straight to your assigned lodging and only afterwards walk to the check-in area.
Departure (Sunday – check-out): at registration you may purchase (if available) Late Check-out, allowing you to keep the accommodation and related parking until 6 pm on departure day.

Delivery: at check-in, the contract holder (or their delegate) will receive the personal passes (colored wristbands) for all registered participants.

Use: wristbands must be worn on the wrist or ankle by every participant for the entire duration of the Event. In case of breakage, upon presenting the damaged wristband, the Organizing Secretariat (accreditation area) will provide a replacement.

Pass functions:

  • Athletes → participation in the Tournament.
  • Non-Athletes → free use of reserved courts.
  • All participants → free entry to the disco, discounts at partner pizzerias and venues, reduced admission to the thermal pools and beach services.

Important note: for Tournament participants, athletes without the colored wristband on wrist or ankle will cause immediate team disqualification, without refunds and exclusion from prize money.

Tourist tax

Paid on arrival directly to the lodging facility manager.

Pre-arrival communications

In the days before the Event, the Organizing Secretariat will email the contract holder instructions for Guest registration (Guest Register), as well as key pickup, tourist tax payment, and other useful lodging information.

Residences, apartments, aparthotels, and holiday villages

  • Access to units: from 4:30 pm on arrival day (possible early access at the manager’s discretion).
  • Return of units: by 10:00 am on departure day (unless otherwise contracted or agreed with the manager).
  • Security deposit: required upon key collection, from €100.00; refunded at departure after inspection. For arrivals after 9:00 pm or after rental agencies close: cash deposit only.
  • Report faults/damage: immediately inform the facility manager (contacts on voucher and key envelope) and, for information, the Organizing Secretariat. Examples: empty gas cylinder, power outage, water leaks, lost keys, etc.

Agency hours: offices close at 6:30 pm. After this time, interventions are not guaranteed.

Practical tip: take possession of your unit by 6:00 pm and immediately check electricity, water, and gas. After 18:30, the Organizing Secretariat cannot provide technical assistance.

Technical note (electricity): using a hair dryer at the same time as other appliances (e.g., boiler, electric oven) may exceed available power and trip the breaker hello, blackout!

Hotels

  • Rooms available: from 12:00 pm on arrival day (early access at the hotel’s discretion).
  • Check-out: by 10:00 am (unless otherwise agreed with the hotel).

If you arrive after rental agencies closing time (around 6:30 pm) and/or after the check-in closing time (9:00 pm), team check-in can be completed the following morning; however, you may still take possession of accommodations under the convention using the booking voucher sent by the Organizing Secretariat to the contract holder in the days prior to the Event.

Key pickup methods by accommodation type

Residences / Apartments

  • Keys and a map to the unit will be available at the accreditation area starting about one hour after the evening closing time of the relevant rental agency and until 9:00 pm.
  • From 10:30pm to 00:30 am, the “Late Arrival” service (bookable during registration) will operate at the check-in area for key delivery.
  • Keys must be returned to your rental agency on departure day.

Holiday villages / Residences with reception

  • Keys will be delivered directly at the lodging facility.
  • You must notify the property in advance, indicating the group’s estimated evening arrival time.

Hotels / Aparthotels

  • We recommend 4-star properties, which guarantee a night porter.
  • In any case, please notify the property in advance of your estimated arrival time.

Voucher information. Upon expiry of 30 months from voucher issue, Raduni Sportivi srl will transform the voucher into a credit in favor of the Customer; based on the Customer’s choice, the credit, can be used to book a new sporting initiative promoted by our organization or it will be refundable, as required by law, within 14 days following the arrival of the request sent to Raduni Sportivi srl by email communicating the details of the voucher (voucher number, surname and name and bank details of the voucher holder). The email must be sent by the contract’s holder, it must have the voucher attached and it must be sent to amministrazione@sportfelix.it.
