You can purchase your gift from the App SportFelix: our Gift Cards are not personal and do not require the recipient’s data, just choose the amount and as soon as the purchase is completed you will receive your Gift Card by email. With SportFelix Gift Cards emotion is at hand!

FAQ

Buying a SportFelix Gift Card is fast and easy, it takes 5 steps:

  1. download the App SportFelix
  2. select SportFelix Gift Card in the section “Events” of the app
  3. choose the amount (50€ / 100€ / 150€ / 200€ / 250€)
  4. buy your SportFelix Gift Card
  5. wait for the PDF by email
  6. optional: you can purchase a themed Gift Card, dedicated to a special occasion (birthday, anniversary, Valentine’s Day etc.)

You will receive your Gift Card in three/four days from in-app purchase (excluding public holidays). Gift Cards are sent from Monday to Friday. For urgent deliveries please contact our Office phone number 041 5950612. You will receive your Gift Card on the same day (office is open from 8.30 to 12.30 and from 14.30 to 17.00 from Monday to Friday).

It will be sent by email after payment. You are asked to enter your email address at in-app purchase. Gift Cards are sent in a digital format, no physical formats of the cards are available.

You can pay by credit/debit card or with Klarna.

The Gift card is a bearer voucher, valid for Raduni Sportivi S.r.l – SportFelix events. It can be used for any new registration through the registration portal https://form.sportfelix.it/eventi: enter the Gift Card copy in the payment section and our Office will deduct the Gift Card amount from the registration fee. In case of a difference to resolve, you will receive payment instructions.

Yes, just enter the first Gift Card and wait for our Office to deduct the amount from the registration fee. Then you can enter the next in the same way.

No, you can use a part of the amount. The residual amount can be used for a new registration within the Gift Card expiry date.

The Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. After the expiry date it cannot be renewed or used for purchase. The residual amount will not be refunded nor converted into money. The purchase and/or use of the Gift Card implies acceptance of terms and conditions available on the Sportfelix site. https://sportfelix.it/

In case of loss or theft please send written communication to info@sportfelix.it, providing details of the incident. You can also contact our Office, open from 8.30 to 12.30 and from 14.30 to 17.00 from Monday to Friday. Office phone number 041 5950612.

Voucher information. Upon expiry of 30 months from voucher issue, Raduni Sportivi srl will transform the voucher into a credit in favor of the Customer; based on the Customer’s choice, the credit, can be used to book a new sporting initiative promoted by our organization or it will be refundable, as required by law, within 14 days following the arrival of the request sent to Raduni Sportivi srl by email communicating the details of the voucher (voucher number, surname and name and bank details of the voucher holder). The email must be sent by the contract’s holder, it must have the voucher attached and it must be sent to amministrazione@sportfelix.it.
